Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about comfort, fit & deliveryHow do I choose the correct size for my pet?
Measure your pet's chest girth (the widest area directly behind the front legs) and neck circumference. Use our interactive Size Calculator & Breed Guide directly above the add to cart button to match your pet's measurements and breed weight. If your pet falls between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for maximum comfort.
Backed by our 30-Day Free Sizing Exchange Guarantee—if it doesn't fit like a glove, we'll exchange it for free!
Are the materials safe, non-toxic, and chew-resistant?
Yes, 100%. Every piece of gear curated by Happy Tail Center undergoes our strict 5-Point Safety & Quality Inspection. Walking essentials feature heavy-duty reinforced alloy clips, pull-tested nylon/mesh, and double-stitched stress points. All interactive toys and feeding accessories are crafted from certified non-toxic, BPA-free, pet-safe materials.
How do I wash and maintain this gear?
Most of our wearable gear and accessories are machine-washable on a gentle cold cycle (we recommend placing in a mesh wash bag). For daily maintenance after muddy trail walks, a simple wipe down with a damp cloth and warm soapy water works wonders. Quick-drying fabrics ensure the gear is ready for your next outing.
What are your shipping times and tracking details?
Total estimated door-to-door delivery is 6 to 8 business days (approximately 8 to 10 calendar days) from order placement: orders dispatch from our pet care center within 1 to 2 business days (24 to 48 hours) following final inspection, plus 5 to 6 business days of tracked air courier transit. You'll receive an automated tracking notification email as soon as your package leaves our facility, which you can monitor anytime on our Track Order page.

Available Configurations (12 Options): Color: Red, Blue, PURPLE, Black | Size: M, L, S
2. Sizing Verification, Hygiene & Care Instructions
After buckling the straps, verify the veterinary two-finger fit rule at both the neck opening and chest strap so the gear stays snug without pinching. Rinse away road salt, sand, or mud with lukewarm water after outdoor adventures and air-dry completely.
