Order Processing and Shipping Time

Once you place an order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Duration

Average shipping time: 5 to 7 business days.

Average Delivery Time

Once an order is placed, the expected timeframe for delivery is usually between 7 to 12 business days. This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, and adverse weather conditions may cause shipping delays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, these delays are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates may vary based on order value and promotional campaigns. We offer free shipping on most orders over $10.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please email us with the subject line "CANCEL". If the item has already been shipped, we will be unable to process the cancellation.

Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect address, please respond to your order confirmation email with the correct details immediately. We can correct the address within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packing our products securely. However, in rare instances (approximately 1 in 1000), items may be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • A photo of the damaged product.

Upon receiving this information, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
