Happy Tail Center curates high-quality pet gear, accessories, and supplies. Pet owners are solely responsible for determining the suitability and proper fit of any harness, collar, leash, toy, or feeder for their specific pet. Happy Tail Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from pet misuse, improper sizing, or normal wear and tear beyond our 30-day warranty.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial law and the laws governing Happy Tail Center operations. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled through friendly good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding individual arbitration rather than court litigation or class action lawsuits.
